Last updated: May 17, 2026
These beta terms explain the basic expectations for using Clutch Systems and Lead Intake Assistant. They are written for practical clarity and are not legal advice.
Beta Status
Lead Intake Assistant is in beta. Features, workflows, limits, pricing, integrations, and availability may change as the product improves.
Allowed Use
Use the service only for legitimate business and customer lead management. Do not use the service to submit spam, upload unlawful content, interfere with the platform, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Client Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their quotes, estimates, invoices, services, pricing, taxes, appointment details, and customer communications.
Not Accounting, Legal, Or Tax Advice
Clutch helps track estimates and invoices, but it does not replace accounting, tax, legal, payment, or bookkeeping software and does not provide professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
Public Document Links
Estimate and invoice links can be viewed by anyone who has the link to that specific document. Businesses are responsible for sharing public document links appropriately.
Communications
Users are responsible for having permission to contact customers. Current and future email or SMS communications should be used only for legitimate customer follow-up and in line with applicable rules.
Availability
The service may experience downtime, maintenance windows, provider outages, or beta changes. We try to keep the service useful and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitations
The service is provided as a beta tool to help manage lead intake and related workflows. To the extent allowed by law, Clutch Systems is not responsible for business decisions, lost leads, missed appointments, incorrect pricing, tax treatment, customer disputes, or communications created or sent by users.
